Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Orbis platform, including the internal workspace and the client portal (collectively, the “Service”), provided by PT Ifabula Digital Kreasi (“Orbis”, “we”, “us”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. The Service

Orbis is a project- and service-management platform that helps internal teams and their clients plan projects, track tasks, manage support tickets, share documents, and view reporting. We may add, change, or remove features from time to time to improve the Service.

2. Accounts & eligibility

Access to the Service requires an account provisioned by your organization or its administrator. You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information, for keeping your credentials confidential, and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use. You must be authorized by your organization and at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction to use the Service.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• use the Service for any unlawful, infringing, or harmful purpose;
• attempt to gain unauthorized access to any account, data, or system, or bypass access controls;
• upload malware or content you do not have the right to share;
• interfere with, disrupt, or place undue load on the Service or its infrastructure; or
• reverse engineer, resell, or sublicense the Service except as permitted by law.

4. Customer data & ownership

As between you and Orbis, your organization retains all rights to the data, content, and materials it submits to the Service (“Customer Data”). You grant us a limited license to host, process, and display Customer Data solely to provide and support the Service. You are responsible for ensuring you have the necessary rights and consents for the Customer Data you submit.

5. Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, design, and trademarks, is owned by Orbis and its licensors and is protected by intellectual-property laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our intellectual property except the limited right to use the Service as described here.

6. Confidentiality

Each party may receive non-public information from the other. Each party agrees to protect the other’s confidential information with reasonable care and to use it only to perform under these Terms.

7. Third-party services

The Service may integrate with third-party services (for example, Google Sign-In for authentication and cloud hosting and storage providers). Your use of those services is subject to their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party services.

8. Availability & support

We aim to keep the Service available and to provide support consistent with any applicable agreement between your organization and Orbis. The Service may occasionally be unavailable for maintenance, updates, or factors beyond our control.

9. Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, neither party will be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or data, arising out of or relating to the Service. Our aggregate liability arising out of or relating to these Terms will not exceed the amounts paid for the Service in the twelve months preceding the claim, or as otherwise set out in your organization’s agreement with us.

11. Suspension & termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or if necessary to protect the Service or other users. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date and, where appropriate, provide additional notice. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. The competent courts of the Republic of Indonesia will have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes, subject to any applicable agreement between your organization and Orbis.
